1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for standard delivery.

  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We proudly support our military personnel and ship via standard USPS delivery.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Daily Cutoff: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is picked up by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear online.

We stand behind the quality and efficacy of our Urea skincare solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns easy and completely free.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package is marked as delivered to request a return and receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

2. Free Prepaid Return Labels

We cover the return shipping costs! There are no restocking fees or return shipping deductions for standard domestic returns.

3. How to Start a Return (3 Simple Steps)

  1. Submit a Request: Email our customer care team at support@vexipien.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Get Your Prepaid Label: We will email you a prepaid, printable return shipping label along with return instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Securely package the item, affix the prepaid label to the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (e.g., USPS or UPS).

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return arrives at our Kentucky fulfillment facility and is inspected (typically within 2–3 business days), we will initiate your refund immediately.

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Depending on your financial institution, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you received an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@vexipien.com with a photo of the issue. We will ship a brand-new replacement immediately at no additional cost.
